**Your purpose in the role**

The GAR Team Lead role performs a valuable service coordinating the work, helping manage the team’s experience within Insights. This role provides KPI reporting and bespoke reporting which ensures that the department hits its objectives and manages it reported variances. Ensuring standardisation of processes and the storage of documentation including Tax certificates, this role also supports the Team with the billing providing support for VAT and Global Taxation queries. Additionally, this role provide cover for cash allocations and banking services.

**What you’ll do to succeed**
- Provide support for a team of Credit Controllers and backup for the Accounts Payable Analyst (Banking).
- Responsible for annual performance reviews and associated tasks,
- Maintenance of holiday and attendance records for all GAR ensuring adequate cover to provide service.
- Establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
- Work with internal and external customers to resolve issues and reach solutions which are in line with company policy and guidelines
- Liaise with the Internal Customers to drive process improvements within order to cash.
- Report to the Global Credit Collections and Payables Manager on a weekly highlighting variance to KPI’s.
- Establish and monitor KPIs.
- The first point of contact for customers Internal and External account escalations.
- Use an organised and detail orientated approach to reconciliation and updating client records.
- Ensure billing kept up to date.
- Deputise for Global Credit Collections and Payables Manager where required.

You need to be a natural Team Leader and communicator - able to coach and motivate your team members

We use D365 F&O so familiarity with the software would be beneficial.
