**The Role**
Due to our continued success here at Fortem, we are delighted to confirm that we are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. This role is working on a Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance contract. **The Project**
You will lead the team of trades people and sub-contractors in undertaking the required works to the highest possible standard, covering properties across various locations around the Tunbridge Wells area. As the Supervisor, you will motivate, coach and retain our tradespeople and ensure commitment, outstanding workmanship and performance in line with KPI's.
