Marketing and Business Development Executive

We are hiring for a Part-time Marketing and BD Executive to join its Chatham Advisory team on a permanent basis.

This role is being offered at 3 days per week.

The Marketing and BD Executive will:

- Provide high-quality service experience for internal clients and third parties while adhering to our brand guidelines and business development best practice.
- Identify services, products, and cross selling opportunities to offer to prospects and share suggestions with others
- Project manage lead generation activities
- Plan, organise and coordinate communications and implementation of specific events and webinars
- Liaise with external suppliers (catering / venues / speakers etc)
- Liaise with speakers and manage internal communications
- Prepare copy and design, working with BD and Marketing team members and/or design agency
- Organise and attend marketing events, conduct research, produce marketing materials
- Produce proposals, tender documents and pitches
- Coordinate with external agencies / suppliers as required
- Experience working at an Assistant level in a Marketing capacity
- Proactivity, creativity and great organisational skills
- Passion and enthusiam for business development
