About the team:
If you’re motivated by creativity, results, and building strong connections, our **Marketing Assistant** role could be the perfect next step for you. As part of the Marketing function, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful campaigns that support our lending brands, while also contributing to initiatives for our savings brand and internal projects.

In addition, you’ll take the lead on a variety of events — from research and planning through to logistics and on-the-day execution. Reporting to the Events Manager and collaborating closely with Marketing Managers and the Head of Communications, you’ll help bring our brand to life across multiple channels.

This role is based at our Chatham office, with occasional travel to our other offices and event venues as required.

What you will be doing?:
As a Marketing Assistant you will have the opportunity to support the Marketing team with planning and delivery of marketing activity to support OSB Group and its lending and savings brands. This includes ad-hoc activity as well as supporting key projects.

In this varied role and interesting role, you will work within a close and supportive team to organise events alongside partnering with Marketing Managers across The Group.

Your responsibilities will include
- Working with the Digital, Copy and Design teams when required to brief in tasks and manage these through to completion, keeping a full audit trail of feedback/approvals using our workflow system.
- Proof read marketing materials to ensure accuracy.
- Assisting with the organisation of and provide support at events.
- Supporting marketing managers with reporting.
- Supporting the Events Manager in reporting on the impact and findings of the events to ensure that key knowledge and insight is captured.
- Providing administrative support to the team as required.
