We are looking for Care Assistants who are flexible and reliable to help us continue providing the highest standard of care for our clients in the local area. **What we offer our Care Assistants**:

- Competitive hourly rates **£13.25ph** Weekdays and **£14.00ph** Weekend and **Enhancement on Bank Holidays**:

**Duties will include**:

- Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
- Personal care
- Administering medication
- Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
- Shopping
- Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Taking Clients for appointments or outings

**Requirements of a Care Assistant**:

- Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle
- Be able to offer availability either early mornings (from 7am), afternoon (from 2pm) or evening (from 5pm) and every other weekend
- Commit to attending a 3-day training course
- Live locally to Stevenage, Letchworth and Hitchin
- Have or be willing to obtain business vehicle insurance
