You’ll be supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives within their community.

**You’ll be**
- **Encouraging** - promote independence where possible & encourage service users to achieve personal goals
- **Supportive** - provide support to ensure the safety & wellbeing of people relying on our services
- **Compassionate** - communicate well with service users using their chosen methods to support individuality
- **Observant** - monitor & report any changes in health or circumstances of a service user to management
- **Engaging** - support service users to engage in the local community from going shopping to attending events

**You’ll need**
- Willingness to work towards Level 2 Diploma or above in Health & Social Care
- Good understanding of working with individuals with a learning disability and autism
- Commitment to providing quality care and support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion and a motivational attitude at all times
- A responsible, dedicated and flexible approach to work
- Competent IT knowledge and computer skills

No previous experience or qualifications are required. When you join, you’ll receive advanced training from our exclusive Training Academy where you’ll learn how to deliver high quality support.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £11.50 per hour
