Competitive Salary - £23,578 - £33,351 plus 20% shift premium
37 hours per week on a shift pattern including early and days. Monday - Friday

In return, what we ask from you is the following skills, attitudes and behaviours.
- Dependable, responsible contributor who is committed to excellence and success with an eye for detail
- Experience and knowledge in CNC and/or Polish/Rumble shop operations
- Good interpersonal skills (team worker) who is target orientated
- Ideally holds an NVQ in Engineering Manufacture or equivalent / Advanced Modern Apprenticeship
- Previous experience of working in an Engineering environment would be desirable
- Computer literate
- Experience in the use of standard measuring equipment
- Can demonstrate good numeric skills

- Be involved at all stages of the manufacturing process, monitoring and improving areas, therefore having great detailed knowledge to pick up any issues.
- Maintain and create accurate documentation demonstrating the processes conform with internal and external regulations.
- Gather data from processes and report to senior staff member, suggest improvements and solve any current problems.
- Process audits
