Recruitment Manager

Absolute Executive Search are partnered with a well established and highly reputable company who are searching for a Recruitment Manager to join their friendly team based across multiple sites in Kent, London and Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:
Full management of the companies recruitment suppliers.
- Advise and lead hiring managers on recruitment methods.
- Manage the recruitment team and support effective recruitment across the company.
- Working with the team to reduce agency spend.
- Work closely with universities, schools and colleges to maintain intake of students.
- Manage all aspects of assessments days, interviews and testing for all new hires.
- Full budget control for all aspects of the recruitment team across all sites.
Key Requirements:
Previous In-House recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Highly organised and can prioritise tasks.
- Friendly and confident manner.
- Good IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- A working background in a professional services environment would be advantageous but not essential.
**Salary**:
- £50k to £60k DOE
