**About the role**
In this role, you'll provide clinical judgement on whether a Partner’s health is impacting their ability to undertake their work or whether their work is having an impact on their health, and you're instrumental in helping Partners return to work or remain at work while receiving rehabilitation and support.
You'll undertake individual assessments, managing oversight of clinical aspects of cases and making recommendations to improve Partners’ health including specialist treatment e.g. CBT therapy where appropriate.
**What will you be doing?**
Offering line managers a professional view regarding a Partner’s ability to make their contribution at work and to consider appropriate work adjustments reflecting their abilities, on a temporary and permanent basis.
You'll be responsible for conducting health surveillance and health screening, as required, and raising awareness of proactive health and well-being initiatives.

**Essential skills you’ll need:
- **
Degree, Masters or Diploma in Occupational Health
Current registration with Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC)
You'll need to be strong in remote case management and have the ability to provide the full Occupational Health remit.
Good communication skill are essential
IT skills are also important as you will be mainly working from home
