As the production co-ordinator you would need to assist the Head of Production and Technical Producer with all events including logístical organisation, event management and transport. To include the end to end running of small expo's and exhibitions buildinga relationship with clients and looking for repeat business and or new business opportunities.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Co-ordinating kit in and out of storage and advising clients kit available immediately or currently booked out and unavailable
- Sending and receiving equipment to and from events with preferred suppliers
- Liaising with courier services to ensure kit arrives at Storage ready for shipment to events and expo's
- Securely packaging kit before sending out so that damages are prevented
- Taking briefs for small expo's, building the budget, organise and manage suppliers to co-ordinate the event.
- Budget reconciliation
- Setting up PO's for purchases
- Booking and leading conference calls with clients
- Manage Expo administration booking electrics, scanners, flooring, wi-fi and other bookings for Expo's
- Supporting the part time Warehouse Operative with training, guidance and shipments
- Incentives/Giveaways: Sourcing based on briefs, PPT ideas for client, logistics of fulfilling and shipping
- Incentives: working with the events team to research into entertainment/activities for events
- Proposals: creating client proposals based on briefs
- Credit card expenses for team when I have used their cards
- Time report for Dina
- NB WIP is cross checked against Paprika

Team event calendar is updated based on new live jobs on the NB WIP

**KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Ability to communicate at senior level
- Critical thinking
- Good working knowledge of geographical locations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a well ordered and methodical manner
- Ability to keep client and Company information confidential
- Can work effectively independently
- Ideally has experience of working within a similar environment
- Driving 3.5 tone and long/high top vans
- Previous experience with undertaking risk assessments and method statements
- Wide knowledge of all current, new and upcoming technical products

**ESSENTIAL**
- Degree or equivalent industry experience
- Fully literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Additional languages would be desirable
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving license
- Full passport
