**About**
CFP is a Stevenage-based, specialist company that - unlike many others operating in this space - combines passive fire protection (PFP) and fire protection surveys expertise with many years’ construction and refurbishment industry experience.
- Assist daily organisational tasks, answering daily telephone calls
- Produce quotations, complete, PPQ documentation
- Keep up to date the company CRM system
- Sales enquiries and follow up calls
- Ordering materials, chasing orders and delivery dates
- Help with our social media channels to promote engagement and brand awareness
- General administration duties
**Role Requirements**
- High attention to detail
- Effective communicator
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Problem solver and ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to present data effectively to senior management
- Highly energetic and have a passion for teamwork
- Strong experience using CRM software is preferred
- Experience working in a SME is ideal
- Full clean driving license
- Accuracy including check and double-checking work
- Honesty, and openly admitting mistakes.
- Question a system or decision if you think it could be done better
- Excellent organisation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Excellent Maths & English skills
- Excellent Communicator / Team Player
- Can work under pressure
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,887.52 per year
