This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced, friendly team at an exciting time of the home and garden retail industry. This role is located in our digital and marketing team and is a hybrid role with majority of home/remote working offered and occasional office days and working required.

**Role Summary**
- Supporting the Paid Search Manager in daily management and optimisation of 6 large paid search accounts across Google and Microsoft/Bing/Yahoo.
- Working across shopping/product and search advertising.
- Daily hands-on management of bids and budgets.
- Working in co-ordination with product and creative teams to ensure advertising campaigns, content and copy are up to date and delivered in line with the trading plan.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Minimum 1-year experience working with Google Ads
- Minimum 1-year experience working with Microsoft/Bing/Yahoo ads
- Analytical mindset
- Strong understanding of reporting tools including Google Analytics
- First class communication skills in writing and in person.
- Ability to follow instructions and to quickly adapt to changes in trading conditions.

**Desirable Skills and Experience**
- Google Ads Certification
- Google Analytics Certification
- SEO knowledge/understanding

**The Successful Applicant**
- Experience of managing large paid search budgets.
- Highly motivated, able to work independently.
- Ambition to develop on both a personal and career level.
