What you'll be doing Conducting predominantly Type 1 & Type 3 Fire Risk Assessments and assessments on commercial and industrial properties. Producing high-quality reports using cloud-based platforms. Advising clients on corrective actions and building long-term relationships. Managing your own diary to balance independence with team collaboration. Staying up to date with legislation, CPD and best practice. What you'll need Experience in carrying out fire risk assessments (or H&S role with fire risk responsibilities). A Level 3 Fire Safety qualification (NEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalent) as a minimum - additional fire qualifications (e.g. fire doors, fire stopping) are desirable. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. A passion for professional growth and delivering best practice in fire safety.
