DN Colleges Group is looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to join its Finance department. Due to an exciting time of expansion and growth for the group, a new opportunity is created to develop your career and contribute to DN College Group’s ongoing success.

Responsibilities include
- Developing and maintaining solid working relationships to assist budget holders in the preparation of forecasts and providing key information to assist in budget management.
- Supporting colleagues with finance related queries for both curriculum areas and support functions, providing a positive customer experience.
- Partner with the business through producing financial reports, effective negotiation, and analysing complex information to reach robust conclusions
- Providing detailed, high-quality financial information to enhance decision making, enabling delivery of strategic initiatives and improving financial performance.
- Be enthusiastic and proactive, with excellent communication skills.
- Be proficient in managing multiple tasks & projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure - maintaining a key eye for detail.
- Be educated to degree or AAT level with strong numerical skills
- Have an in-depth understanding of financial processes, you will also have excellent IT skills (Excel) and understand finance software.
- Be self-motivated and analytical, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and ideally have experience working within further education.
