Sharp Consultancy are proudly working with a large and highly successful business in Doncaster who are looking to on-board a new Finance Business Partner to their Finance team.

Due to continued growth and significant investment into the business there is a need for a confident Finance Business Partner to join the organisation, working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in driving business performance.

This position will be working closely with the finance team, operational teams and wider business, assisting on value-add business partnering to providing financial analysis, insight, forecasting and reporting across the organisation. This will play a key role in the business working closely and supporting Senior Management and their teams as well as supporting the crucial link between finance and the operations.

This role will be responsible for the preparation of financial analysis and guidance to support decision making within the various departments and would suit a driven Part Qualified or Qualified individual who is looking to progress their career in a Commercial/added value role providing financial business partnering and ensure that all reporting, budgeting and forecasting is completed.

**Duties**:

- Effective Business Partnering with variety of internal stakeholders, to ensure that financial targets are achieved
- Provision of relevant financial analysis, to support decision making & effective cost control
- Responsibility for all financial information to support decision making
- Highlight variances to functional management, and recommend action(s)
- Drive real financial improvements in profitability
- Develop a greater financial awareness and understanding within variety of team
- Collate and describe key features and trends in month end reports, commentaries and reporting packs
- Drive the continuous improvement of profitability reporting - Identifying areas to improve data presentation and added value analysis

Person Specification:

- Strong team player, able to work alongside Commercial & Operations
- Highly analytical, with focus on improving financial statements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Flexible and enthusiastic
- Good systems skills
- Able to lead and motivate others

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
