**Hours: 37.5**
**Salary: £28,000 - £32,000**
Due to continued growth and success with our new and existing clients, we are recruiting for a QHSE Advisor to join our team in Warrington.
We have a fantastic team, who support and help each other every day, and we are looking for experienced QHSE Advisor who want to be a part of our journey at this exciting time. This role is fundamental to assisting our Team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Carry out risk assessments and consider how risks could be reduced
- Outline safe operational procedures which identify and consider all relevant hazards
- Carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented
- Prepare health and safety strategies and develop internal policy
- Lead in-house training with managers and employees about health and safety issues and risks
- Lead the Restore Digital Health and Safety committee meetings and ensure safety representatives are fully competent
- Record incidents and accidents and produce statistics for managers, and report incidents to the HSE as appropriate;
- Manage and organise the safe disposal of hazardous substances
- Understand the key principles and requirements of ISO 27001, BS10008, Cyber Essentials Plus and GDPR and be able to effectively demonstrate compliance with all applicable information security requirements
- Develop and maintain mandatory policies and procedures that meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO45001 & ISO 22301
- Produce monthly compliance reports with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO45001 & ISO 22301 requirements
- Maintain legal registers in line with contractual and ISO requirements
**ABOUT YOU**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders and work collaboratively with them;
- The ability to understand and analyse complex information, but present it simply and accurately in a format that is easily understandable.
- Excellent understanding of the Health & Safety at Work Act and all applicable HSE legislation, including (but not limited to) the DSE regulations, electrical safety, manual handling, COSHH and ISO standards
- Accident & Incident Investigations using 5Y and cause effect analysis
- General risk management experience
Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertake in the UK every year.
