We are looking for a QHSE Advisor to join our team in Warrington.

Reporting to the Senior Director QHSEE UK, you will:

- Effectively communicate and implement established QHSE Procedures within the defined business areas of the organisation.
- Provide HSE training and support throughout all levels of the organisation.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the management systems, via internal audits and inspections and provide regular reports and continual improvement plans accordingly.
- Support third party audit schedules relating to health, safety, environmental and energy requirements
- Conduct incident and near miss investigations to establish causations and preventative control measures.
- Develop and improve standard incident reduction programs
- Maintain defined and agreed internal audit schedules and provide reports
- Provide HSE support to the facility Service teams
- Participate in Country QHSEE Meetings
- Ensure effective communications and consultation with all Employees relating to QHSE are maintained
- Assisting the review and updates of the business Risk Assessment Procedures and Safe Systems of Work
- Support all Project QHSEE related enquiries throughout the organisation
- Support the current QHSHEE Team Objectives, Targets and Initiatives

**Your profile and qualifications**:

- HSE experience (essential)
- NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and safety Management (essential)
- NEBOSH Certificate in Construction Health and Safety (Essential)
- Construction or Engineering Installation Experience (preferred)
- Sound knowledge and practical experience of applicable Health, Safety and Environmental legislation
- Industry best practice, ISO and British Standards, preferably within the Integrated Facilities Management sector.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office
- Planning and Organisation skills
- Information technology skills
- Being able to communicate effectively in written and oral form
- Being assertive, professional, friendly and approachable.
- Self motivating with the ability to plan and schedule tasks

Please note : Travel to various sites within the U.K about 20% of the time
