**Care Assistant**

At Black Swan Care Group, we are currently looking for a day and night care assistant to work in one of our residential care facilities, Chiswick House, on a flexi contract, 24- 36 hour permanent contract, £12.60 - £12.70 per hour.

**This position will include working day and night shifts.**

Chiswick House is an outstanding-rated care home on the outskirts of Norwich city centre. We provide short-term, respite care and longer term care and support at the home.

**Responsibilities of a Care Assistant**:

- Support the physical and emotional needs of our residents and their general day to day activities around the home, improving and making a difference to their everyday lives.
- Assist residents with their personal care, including washing, lifting/hoisting, bathing and toileting.

**Requirements of a Care Assistant**:

- Caring personality and caring nature
- Positive attitude and outlook
- Good attention to detail
- Able to complete physical task
