Burlingham House is a well-established care home with an ethos which puts our residents at the centre of everything we do. This can be felt as soon as you walk into our care home.

We are currently looking to recruit new team members to join our care team.

Experience in care is desired, but not essential. Your dedication, attitude and personality are qualities, we and our residents are looking for. Making our residents happy is our aim and it should also be a highlight of your job.

We are recruiting for full and part time positions, working mostly nights shifts. You need to be prepared to work alternate weekends. Please call our care home if you would like to enquire about hours or shifts.

We support our staff with their career growth and internal promotions within our care home.

We are one of a few employers who offer paid breaks to all their staff. We offer discount card for local restaurant and support you with your Blue light card, which gives you access to discounts with hundreds of companies and shops. Training completed off site is paid for, including all face to face training.

Please note that there are no public transport links near our care home, so you would need access to your own mode of transport to get to work.
