R&D company CodiKoat Limited are developing groundbreaking nanotechnology solutions that destroy harmful airborne particles and also kill viruses and bacteria on surfaces within seconds.
CodiKoat's solutions can be used within the healthcare sector, hospitality industry and public transport, dramatically reducing the transfer of viruses and bacteria both during the COVID-19 pandemic but also thereafter.
**Overview**
Codikoat seeks to hire an experienced office supervisor to oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations, along with general administrative support to the management, office and scientific team.
You will possess excellent organisational skills, ensure complete accuracy and management of confidential financial and administrative information and have the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Oversee and organise all aspects of the procurement of office and laboratory consumables/equipment, including sourcing and obtaining quotations, delivery tracking and liaising with suppliers for best rate pricing.
- Ensure company operations are well run and optimised at all times including implementation of appropriate IT systems, designing and implementing working regulations and staff policies.
- Use Xero accounting software to process purchase orders and manage order tracking, documentation and accounts receivable/payable.
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
- Project and financial management including keeping a record of purchases, reconciliation of company accounts, VAT returns and expense tracking.
- Support with all other aspects of the finance function.
- Support the Project Manager with financial/administrative support as required.
- Data entry, preparing correspondence, reporting and other required documents.
- Talent acquisition, optimisation of recruitment process and team expansion.
- Monitor company credit cards.
- Provide accurate administrative/clerical support as required in a prompt, efficient and professional manner to all colleagues, customers and suppliers whilst always maintaining confidentiality.
**Required**
Experienced with Xero accounting software.
Experience of payroll (desirable).
Experience of HR management (desirable).
Ensure compliance with national and international laws (e.g. GDPR - data protection) at all times.
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines.
