We are seeking a professional, reliable and experienced Class 1 Tramper Driver to join our team. As a Class 1 Driver you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials from and to various locations. This position requires a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and experience with delivery driving.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a commercial vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations

  • Follow delivery schedules

  • Inspect vehicles before and after each trip, reporting any mechanical issues or damages to relevant office staff

  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, defects, mileage, and fuel consumption

  • Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery status in a professional manor

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for safe driving practices

Experience:

  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) (minimum 2 years) with a clean driving record

  • Right to work in the UK (required)

  • Proven experience as a truck driver with delivery driving experience and deliveries

  • Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards

  • Ability to operate an automatic transmission vehicle

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers
