Due to expansion and demand for our services, we are currently looking to recruit an additional Operations Assistant based from our head office in Westhoughton, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all activities in relation to day-to-day site operations within the regions.

**Duties may include**:

- Carrying out site surveys/visits.
- Ordering parts, plant and equipment.
- Dropping parts off for engineers
- Assisting and coordinating our team of Engineers and Labour Planners.
- Assisting in the daily operations and activities of BID Group
- Ensuring that contribution targets for the region are achieved.
- Performing any other duties that may be deemed necessary to ensure the effective running of the department and company.

**Skills and qualifications**:

- Must have previous experience within, and a technical knowledge of, the industrial door industry.
- Must be a good communicator, both verbally and written and highly organised.
- You will need to be self-motivated and able to work well both on your own and as part of a team.

**- **A full driving licence is **Essential.**
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
- A flexible and adaptable team player, you must be customer focused and commercially aware with the ability to work well under pressure.

**This role would suit an experienced industrial door engineer looking for more work life balance by transitioning to a more office based role.**

**Hours/Location/Salary**

**Location: - **Wingates Industrial Park, Westhoughton, Bolton

**Salary: - ** £30,000 - £34,000 PA

**Hours Of Work - **42.5 Hours Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
