£30,000 - £40,000 Dependent on experience

Role overview

The main duties will include (but not be limited to):
Role
- An all round role, not limited to pure management accounts
- Investigation work
- Streamline accounts function
- Process improve
- Help maintain integrity of financial ledgers
- Preparation of management accounts
- Prepare and present to management the monthly financial reports including income statement, balance sheet, trading cash flows, project performance, risk and opportunities, contingency, cost center performance
- Analyse the monthly forecasted financials vs. prior month and annual budget
- Promote financial awareness and accountability within the operating teams
- Lead management in evaluating and understanding financial implications of operating decisions
- Ensure internal policies and processes are adhered to by operations
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports, internal and external audit requirements, and other special projects

All of the above duties require a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst being able to work well with others and meet deadlines. Be able to organise and prioritise their own workload.
