Key responsibilities of the Project Manager:

- Manage all disciplines for successful project delivery including - planning, estimating, change management, dependency management, risk and issue management, budget set-up and control, resource management, quality management
- Develop and implement a framework for Project Management and implement the associated processes and artefacts in line with the methodologies defined.
- Establish and implement project systems, processes, and schedules
- Manage projects using industry wide Project Management processes and methodologies.
- Lead, motivate and develop team members
- Ensure that agreed performance and behavioural objectives are met
- Ensure project compliance in line with financial services regulations
- Manage tender and procurement of contractors and third-party services
- Lead the identification of systems and services from external suppliers, negotiate contracts for purchase and manage relationships with external suppliers and contractors to ensure objectives are met

What we’re looking for in the successful Project Manager:

- Experienced Project Manager within a delivery-focussed environment; ideally within financial services across in-house and external client facing projects.
- Successful track record of project delivery through the effective management of the triple constraints of Time, Cost and Quality, you will be able to work with technical and non-technical colleagues to create credible end-to-end delivery plans.
- Excellent understanding of Project Methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall and able to coach / train others on these disciplines.
