_MBE Worldwide is a leading commerce-enablement platform providing e-commerce, fulfillment, shipping, marketing and print solutions to SMBs and consumers._

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Carry out Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks including identifying individuals, entities, and their beneficial owners.
- To expedite ID uploads, check and verify ID’s using HooYu Remote verification tools and electronic verification of physical ID documentation.
- Ensure MBE (UK) hold the correct ID centrally for mailbox customers.
- Report any high risk/issues with mailbox customers to a member of the Compliance Team.
- Create and maintain mailbox management records for each store during the onboarding process.
- Put on “hold” or “terminate” non-compliant mailbox customers, in-line with company policy.
- Identify mailbox “squatters” and follow the defined process to remove

squatters.
- Migrate all aspects of mailbox customer management from the MBE network to MBE (UK).
- Ensure customers are paying for their services and to follow the defined processto put the services on hold, and where necessary, to terminate non
- paying customers.
- Ensure mailbox customers are paying the current rates for the services provided including fees for any additional services - such as registered office hosting.
- Cancel mailbox services at customers request, in-line with company policy.
- Provide support to new, migrated and online mailbox customers.
- Provide cover for other Central Sales activity.

General activity:

- Providing analysis and inputting on the continuous improvement of the systems and performance of the division
- KPI reporting, including but not limited to;
- High Risk customers
- Outstanding Risk Assessments
- Outstanding ID
- Suspicious Activity

Remote working policy in place: (60 office /40 remote)

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
