We are seeking to recruit a Team Leader to join the Adult Community Mental Health Service in North West Hertfordshire.If you are interested in working with an outstanding Trust to develop and deliver community treatment in mental health, then we would love to hear from you.

Our team is based in Hemel Hempstead and provides services to the locality of Dacorum. Dacorum is a busy, thriving and diverse area and our work and the team reflects this. The area is well served with easy access to historic Hertfordshire and all of its beautiful countryside as well as excellent transport links into London and beyond.

You will be an experienced Mental Health clinician (Registered Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist) with excellent assessment and risk management skills who is able to embrace and drive change and innovation.

We are looking for a skilled and intuitive communicator with experience of providing leadership. You will work directly with the Service Manager who will provide support, development and direction and alongside other leadership colleagues.

You will know the importance of providing high quality supervision and of working together with staff and the wider management team in providing supportive, effective and coordinated leadership to the team in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for service users and carers.
