We are looking for a dependable and hard-working Trainee Sales/Marketing Assistant with excellent communication skills to join our company.

Trainee's will need to feel comfortable working with people and have that flare and / or desire to flourish when providing excellent customer service and sales.

**The Role**:

- Understand what makes customers tick when it comes to buying decisions.
- Handle customer queries effectively.
- Assist in setting up events and making sure they run smoothly.
- Monitor events marketing campaigns.
- Deliver in person presentations on site at pop up events, retail events and exhibitions.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure events run smoothly.

**Development**:
This trainee position is offering grass roots learning and development as we look to grow the next wave of campaign managers to oversee our ever growing events campaigns. Our events team is in demand and with our campaigns flourishing our middle management must grow.

Progression, development and coaching will be offered to all of our Trainee's and we will endeavour to ensure that you are trained in the following:

- Campaign management
- Consumer behaviour
- Events marketing
- Direct marketing
- PR
- Sales forecasting
- Public speaking
- Objection handling

**Salary**: £18,250.00-£24,000.00 per year
