You’ll be working across a range of face-to-face campaigns, representing different clients and learning how to adapt your approach to each brand’s goals and audience. From customer acquisition to team leadership fundamentals, you’ll gain hands-on experience that builds real confidence and practical management skills.

**Day to Day Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Management Trainee, you’ll learn the fundamentals of leading a sales team while gaining day-to-day experience across live campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting, guiding, and motivating a small to medium-sized sales team
- Helping track team performance and contributing to shared targets
- Working across multiple campaigns and adapting to different client needs
- Ensuring strong customer interactions and consistent brand representation
- Taking part in planning sessions, briefings, and workflow discussions
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training activity
- Observing performance trends and sharing feedback with senior managers
- Helping maintain a positive, goal-driven team environment
