About Becketwell Arena

Becketwell Live is a cutting-edge events complex with a capacity of up to 3,500 people. Role Overview

To Support all areas of marketing and communication for Becketwell Live, with an emphasis on; driving ticket sales, maximising opportunities for the sale of premium products and working with venue partners to fulfil their requirements.

- Support all areas of marketing and communications to ensure timely delivery of projects, adhering to brand guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, advertising, social media, e-marketing, and content management.
- Create marketing materials and presentation tools to assist other departments.
- Develop a working knowledge of the venue's operations to meet the needs of teams, stakeholders, partners, and promoters effectively.
- Maintain and build relationships with partners, promoters, agencies, suppliers, and industry contacts.
- Liaise directly with ticketing and related partners before, during, and after events, regularly monitor sales, and evaluate the success of sales promotions.
- Assist arena event promoters with their marketing activities.
- Help plan and develop further marketing initiatives for event promotion.
- Represent the marketing team at site visits and events as necessary.
- Provide and promote a high level of customer service across the business.
- Ensure all relevant information is communicated quickly and clearly so that it is easily understood.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing strategies and delivery.
- Website or content management systems experience.
- Proficient in the use of Adobe Photoshop (or similar products).
