National Merchandise manage the merchandise operation for some of the biggest venues including arenas in London, Nottingham, Belfast, Liverpool and Glasgow.

We’re looking for Merchandise Supervisors to join our team in Glasgow.

Our casual contracts give you flexibility to work around your work, studies or family commitments, with many evenings and weekend shifts available.

Working with the Merchandise Manager you will provide a top-quality Customer Service at our indoor and outdoor events.

Responsible for managing a team of Merchandise Assistants you will be expected to provide high levels of customer service at all times. You will be responsible for providing guidance and advice by using an adaptable style of selling to a wide range of customers along with solving any merchandise related customer complaints.

In addition, you will support the Merchandise Manager in ensuring that all operational procedures and processes are adhered to for the Merchandise team.

With previous experience of working within customer service or retail, you will have the ability to calculate totals using mental math’s. You will be great at working under pressure with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Working on a casual, zero hours basis, you will be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays when necessary.
