**POST TITLE**: Supervisor (Petrol Station/Retail)

**HOURS**: Full Time

**LOCATION**: Glasgow

**RESPONSIBLE TO**: Operations Manager & Store Manager

**EXPERIENCE**: At least 1 year of Supervisor experience within a Retail Environment or Convenience Store/Petrol Station experience preferred.
- We are an expanding Petrol Filling Station Retailer and we are looking for motivated people to help with our future growth._

**POST OBJECTIVE**: The role involves training, motivating and supervising employees to achieve maximum efficiency, turnover, profit and store standards. This will be done in conjunction with the Directors and General Manager.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - SPECIFIC**
- To ensure excellent standards in housekeeping, merchandising and customer service.
- Maintaining job performance by coaching, counselling, supervising, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Ensuring availability of merchandise and services by manual stock ordering and maintaining inventories.
- Securing merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
- Protecting employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Maintaining the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Maintaining operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**There is a requirement to be flexible in the hours you work. You must be willing to work over 7 days.**

**References are a requirement for this role.**
