**About us**
Scotfresh is an award-winning independent retail operation based in Glasgow, with multiple stores spread across the central belt of Scotland. We are a major player in the Scottish and U.K. retail marketplace with great customer service and Food to Go at our core.

**Responsibilities**
As a Supervisor you will assist the Store Manager in managing employees and all aspects of store operation to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and the achievement of sales targets.
- has retail experience.
- has excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and deliver to company standards;
- has a passion for retail excellence and customer service;
- has the drive to develop their team and store to the highest level;
- has exceptional organisational and planning skills;
- has the ability to work at pace and react to the changing needs of the customer.

This store features a dessert bar: experience in a kitchen environment may be beneficial so should be highlighted.

You will be given full training during your induction process.
