Property Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity to work for the fastest growing multichannel retailer in the UK. Our client has over 170 UK stores stretched across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the islands and they are still growing
They have an opening for a Property Administrator to support their property department with all their retail and associated properties. Reporting into the Estate Manager you will be responsible for document management of contracts, leases and general administrationas well as the organisation of paperwork to support the property team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Keep all property data and paperwork filed and up to date.
- Have exceptional administration skills and experience, be able to handle multiple tasks at one time, with attention to detail.
- You will provide support and cover for the maintenance team taking and managing store requests and contractor schedules.
- You will compile and provide data, information and reports in line with deadlines.
- Liaising with third parties i.e., solicitors, planners, surveyors, landlords etc to update on the contracts progress and alert to any issues which may impact on achieving results
- Research websites and portals to provide relevant property information as and when requested.
- Manage time and workload effectively between functions of the property team providing good cross function support.
Salary
- £26 -£28K
Location
Buckinghamshire (office based)
Our client is easily commutable from High Wycombe, Amersham, Beaconsfield and accessible from the M40.
You should have excellent Office suite knowledge in order to build and maintain a structured property database in addition to normal organized filing systems. You will need to be analytical, have good excel and ideally a knowledge of property legislationalthough not essential.
