Durham Air Conditioning are a highly respected and established HVAC Contractor based in the Northeast of England.

Our portfolio encompasses a full range of refrigeration and air conditioning systems from basic air conditioning split systems to VRV, inclusive of chiller and Air source / Ground source heat pumps. In short, we design, supply, install, commission, service and maintain the full range of equipment, from all the leading manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Panasonic Toshiba plus a host of others.

**What are we looking for**

We are looking for a Service & Maintenance Estimator/Supervisor who will be able to assist with formulating and providing simple PPM and Service quotations for both new and existing clients.

The Role will be predominantly Office based although it will require at times Site Surveys and Visits to Clients premises for both New Works and also to Assist On-Site engineers where required..

**What will you do**
- Review Closed Job files to extract the relevant information and provide a suitable PPM Quotation, taking note of any specific Warranty Benefits for the client and Access equipment required for the works.
- Schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance works in consultation with Coordinator ensuring client availability
- Organise all necessary access equipment and site requirements including components/replacement parts
- Prepare RAMS for clients and engineers
- Allocate works to designated engineers in consultation with Coordinator and Service & Maintenance Manager
- Alongside the Coordinator ensure works are scheduled and completed within client KPI’s
- Following engineer attendance, manage the status of the task, upload the relevant reports and process through the necessary inhouse systems and client portals alongside the Coordinator
- Assist with the management of the Asset Registers
- Review completed work reports to identify queries AND when necessary raise with relevant parties providing any associated costs for replacement parts/follow on works for approval
- Upload reports to the necessary internal systems and external portals within the standard KPI’s, ensuring client compliance requirements are fulfilled
- Provide both technical and non-technical support to designated clients
- Raise purchase order requests and uplifts through the necessary internal systems and client portals
- Following completion of works, produce and upload any compliance certification through the necessary internal systems and client portals
- Carryout all necessary portal requirements when works are completed to prevent any delays to payment
- Review the quotation tracker to ensure client specific KPI’s are maintained. Liaise with relevant internal parties to ensure deadlines are maintained
- Carryout any additional duties when required
- An element of unsociable hours / weekend working is expected

**Who are we looking for**
- Ideally but not essential you will have previous experience of working in the HVAC industry or a service management role, preferably Facilities Management
- Preferably some Technical Knowledge and Experience/Understanding of Air Conditioning & Heat pump and refrigeration systems
- Competent IT skills including Microsoft Word / Excel. The ability to transition between multiple inhouse systems and client portals (following training)
- You will be a highly organised and committed individual who can demonstrate priorising your own workload
- An individual with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all information captured is accurate and up to date at all times
- You will be able to build internal and external relationships
- You will feel comfortable working within a team, but have the strength of conviction to ensure clients requirements are prioritised
- An ability to work to tight deadlines and quick turnaround times, ensuring all KPI’s are met
- Someone looking to further advance there career and develop the business
- An individual who has the ability to continuously review working practices, looking for improvements which will bring efficiencies and increase productivity

**Package**:
A Competetive Salary is negotiable depending upon experience along with a Company Vehicle, Pension Scheme and Optional Health Care.

28No. Days Holiday plus Statutory Bank Holidays

Any training that will be required in order for you to fufill the role would be provided by the Company.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
