We have a fantastic opportunity for a Cleaning Coordinator in our Watford territory. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to work alongside the franchisee to help them launch, run and grow this branch. Basic salary £22K with Performance Bonus up to £28k p.a. This varied role will suit a person who has a proven record of building trust and rapport, impeccable ethics, effective problem-solving and has results-driven skills in a dynamic business environment. **You will be responsible for the following**: - Day to day running of a branch within the domestic cleaning industry. - Having a hands-on approach to dealing with our customers enquiries on a daily basis. - To drive a culture of high-quality customer excellence - Recruit, train and motivate a team to deliver premium level customer service. - Build brand awareness within the Watford and Surrounding area. - Marketing to generate enquiries from potential customers - Build relationships with local businesses. - Hold regular meetings as required to engage, motivate and manage your team, developing and communicating the strategy, ensuring it is aligned with the wider cleaning business strategy. - Measure, analyse and report progress. **Key Skills**: - Excellent organisational skills - Ability to communicate clearly - Strong leadership qualities - Proactive approach to raising standards - Strong IT skills - Team Management: 2 years (preferred) - Customer service: 2 years (preferred) - Sales: 2 years (preferred) **About You**: - An experienced people manager with enthusiasm, drive and resilience. - Always putting your customer first, you'll know how to build a thriving business. - Excellent communication skills, clear simple and unambiguous and well-structured both in verbal and written communication. - A people person, who will lead by example and love to bring out the best in your team. - Have a track record of delivering results. - Ability to deal effectively with change and ambiguity. - Excellent attention to detail. **About Us**: Poppies is a 45-year-old domestic cleaning franchise network.
