New Patient Coordinator

**We are a 4 room dental practice with room for more to join our 12 team members, 7 dentists and 2 therapists in a private only cosmetic dental and facial aesthetics clinic. We predominately provide Invisalign (Diamond Apex Status - which means we are the top 1% provider of Invisalign in Europe, Africa and Middle East), Whitening, Composite Bonding (Centre of Excellence), Facial Aesthetics and Dental Implants.** - We need an _**Experienced New Patient Coordinator **_ _with some months experience, preferably at least 1 years experience. Your role would _entail_:_ - _Monthly bonus available which is based on achieving your target. Target up to £2000 extra per month. - Call _all incoming new patient enquiries - Chase up "old" enquiries that you did not managed to get through to previously - Book consults into treatment coordinator's diaries - Book exams/treatment into the clinicians diary - Keep track of everything using CRM pipelines - Follow your patients journey from beginning to end - KPI based Please note this is a phone based role. Possibility of working from home. We are looking for an **energetic team member **to join our team. We will fully support you with in house training based on our consultation system. We are flexible with hours and we are looking for part or full time position and hours are based on shift work **8am - 2pm **or **2pm - 8pm **with full days available **8am - 8pm.
