Hourly Pay Rate: £12p/h rising to £13p/h in April 2025
Job type: Full Time
Shift and Schedule: 30 hours per week 1000 - 1600 Monday to Friday
Location: Head office in Horsham, relocating to Crawley in Q2/Q3 of 2025
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Experience within the security industry would be preferable but not essential
- Experience and knowledge of Quality Management, British Standards and Health and Safety preferable but not essential
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages and administration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- **Duties**
The Office Administrator will be required to support and assist the Operations Team in delivering a first-class service to our clients.The successful Office Administrator will be required to communicate clearly and demonstrate quick problem-solving skills when dealing with emergencies. Be organised and detail orientated to keep track of all the tasks that required to be finished each day.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcoming visitors to the building and showing them to their host
- Booking meeting rooms for colleagues and arranging meeting schedules
- Organising filing systems and updating office databases
- Ordering equipment, such as stationery, printer refills or staff uniforms
- Scheduling office meetings between teams, managers and departments
- Responding to questions and requests for information
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- Compiling reports
- Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
- Assisting the management team with HR admin duties
- General admin duties
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Leadership by example
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional time management skills, highly organised and the ability to set and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A flexible, positive, and helpful attitude.
- 5-Year checkable work history
Pay: £12.00 per hour
