Client Services Executives We need you.

This role is for a vast Financial Media Company that is looking for an experienced Client Services Executive to join their team.

You will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction through the smooth running of event registration, working within the events team to ensure the successful management of events. This will include processing customer data, coordinating communications,managing registration systems and running registration on-site at events.

This company is a Global Player in the Media, Publishing, and Financial sectors working on various large-scale events. My client exists to champion progress

They provide individuals and organisations with the expertise, insights and perspective to press forwards.

**What are the day-to-day activities**:

- Assist in managing the events department inboxes
- Working within a team to respond to internal and external enquiries/queries and delivering a professional and responsive service at all times
- Create events on Cvent for scheduled and custom events as and when required
- Coordinating and editing customer communications including a proactive approach for recommendations to the marketing team
- Process payments, invoices and refunds for delegate registrations
- Process and manage customer data using a range of databases, ensuring GDPR compliance is followed externally and internally
- Collating and uploading delegates on various platforms
- Organising pre-event materials and liaising with the operations team on logístical issues to ensure everything is on site and ready prior to the event going live including setting up and testing Cvent OnArrival on site at live events
- Managing the registration desk at live events as and when required

**Essential requirements**:

- Flexibility to travel on site to events for up to five days per trip during the calendar year (20%)
- Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods in the run-up to large scheduled events
- Available to work from the registered office on a weekly basis as and when required by the Head of Client Services
- Excellent eye for detail in all written communications

**The ideal skills for this role are**:

- Experience in using CVENT is preferred but not essential
- Experience in using Salesforce would be preferable
- Experience in working front of house at events is preferred
- Experience in processing information using databases
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- At least 2+ years of experience within B2B events are ideal
