We have an **exciting opportunity** for a **SPAR Snappy Shopper Home Delivery Driver **who is motivated, friendly, hands-on and passionate about their store offering excellent service and standards to our customers. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will deliver, using our own Snappy Shopper vehicle, and help out in store when required. Must be willing to train as sales assistant. The role will be the accurate and efficient delivery of customers’ orders and to assist all levels of management by carrying out allocated tasks in an effective & efficient manner.

**Key Tasks/Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that all vehicles driven comply with traffic regulations currently in force
- Prompt reporting of all vehicle accidents to the company and accidents reportable by law to the police
- Accurate and safe delivery of customers’ orders in accordance with delivery schedules
- Establishing a friendly and courteous relationship with customers and dealing efficiently with queries / wants / needs
- To deliver customer service in line with SPARkling Service standards
- To contribute ideas for driving the business and it’s team forward
- To use relevant processes and policies to ensure the security of people, stock and cash
- Report all customer complaints to manager on duty
- To comply with relevant legislation and health and food safety responsibilities as defined in the induction period and training
