As a result, we are currently recruiting for a Van Driver (nights) based out our Rhyl depot. The main purpose of the role will be to support with daily newspaper and magazine deliveries to new and existing customers across the northern region.**_Please note, you will be doing 50% driving and 50% warehousing as a part of this role._**

**Shift Pattern: 5 on 2 off**

**Saturday - Wednesday - 01.30am - 09.30am - 35hrs per week.**

**Van Driver / Packer Duties**:

- Pick & pack orders for same day delivery
- Load your vehicle safely and within legislation
- Deliver parcels to our customers safely, efficiently and on time (25-40 drops per shift)
- Ensure security of the vehicle and goods contained during transit to customer
- Uplifting previous days orders
- Complete all documentation as per company procedure
- Break down, allocate and load inbound supplies
- Support with picking orders in the warehouse as and when needed
- Keep the warehouse safe, clean and tidy
- Adhere to company procedures and policies
- Full UK driving Licence (No more than 6 points)
- Held driving Licence for at least 3 years.
- No previous disqualifications NI, DD or DR
- Solid local geographical knowledge of commercial addresses & streets
- Physically fit to meet the demands of a multi drop driving and warehouse role
- Undergo a background check/drug & alcohol test if successful
- Ability to pass driving assesment
