Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual with the ability to communicate with people at all levels in a polite and courteous manner? Do you have a strong customer focus with the ability to respect confidentiality?

We are currently seeking a receptionist at Thirsk & Sowerby Leisure Centre

What we need from you:

- To create a great first impression that positively represents the council
- Be helpful and professional whilst handling a range of customer communications channels
- To control the safe and secure access to the centre and effectively handle the point-of-sale system, including bookings, payments, and sales
- Make every effort to assist the customer or find a colleague that can, in the event you are unable to.
- Have excellent administrative skills, be well organised and flexible.
- Be sales focused
