The Vacancy

We are currently recruiting for Full Time, Permanent Production Operatives to join our Packing Department Team in Spalding.

Monday - Friday

08:30 - 17:00 (40h per week)

Voluntary overtime and weekend work also available.

You will be working in a Chilled Food Production Environment, ensuring that all products are packaged safely in accordance with customer specification. Your other duties will include:
Working as part of a team to meet production targets

Comply with Company Policies and Procedures. Adhere to Health & Safety and Food Safety rules at all times.

Maintain responsibility for operational effectiveness of equipment and machinery and report faults to Management in a timely manner

Carry out any other reasonable tasks assigned necessary to meet business needs.

**Key Information**:
Basic Rates of pay £10.25 - £10.54 per hour

Premium Overtime Rates £15.38 - 21.08 per hour
