We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of our well established client based on the outskirts of Sleaford. This is a full time, permanent position with a lot of progression opportunities.

**Own transport is required due to the location.**

**This is a non food factory.**

**Hours of work**:4 on 4 off shift, days or nights. 05:45 - 18:00 and 17:45 - 0600. Working a total of 40.36 hours per week.

Starting salary of £10.25 per hour equating to £21,511.88 per annum with the opportunity to earn more once trained in certain departments.

**The role**:

- Ensuring production is completed to the highest standard
- Quality checking all products during the production process
- Completing paperwork accurately
- Working to strict deadlines
- Working in a pleasant environment and with a friendly team
- Opportunities to train up to Line Leader
- Operating machinery to ensure production flow
- Training and induction will be provided
