Servoca resourcing is a recruitment organisation that specialises in placing people in to temporary and permanent roles within the resettlement and rehabilitation sector.

I am recruiting for a case manager on a fixed term contract till 31/03 to work on the a project that specialises in working with perpetrators of domestice violence, you will work with them to address their needs and risks and help them to understand theimpact of their abusive behaviours.

Whilst in the role you will be working closely with the IDVA service to develop plans, review risk with the aim to improve outcomes for all parties involved.
Some of your duties will be:

- Make sure the case manager role is included in multi agency response to domestic abuse
- Manage a case load focusing on high risk perpetrators of domestic abuse
- Provide a combination of motivational work, relationship building and other skills to engage with service users to address their behaviour
- Make sure there is a consistent delivery of services to the the person being managed
