Established in 2009, **G3 Vehicle Auctions **has grown to become one of the UK’s leading independent vehicle auction specialists. Through online and physical auctions, they offer over one thousand vehicles for sale, each week, and cater for a growing list of over 15,000 buyers.

**With continued success and profitability, G3’s CFO has been promoted to Joint Managing Director. This allows the business to appoint an ambitious and commercially minded Head of Finance who can grow with them on the next, exciting, stage of their journey.**

**The Head of Finance** is an important appointment for G3. They operate in a competitive retail environment and the continued development of financial systems, controls and commercial insight is key to identifying opportunities for growth across new and existing income streams.

With the assistance of a small, capable team, the Head of Finance will ensure that the full accounting and reporting cycle is completed whilst also delivering additional understanding and commercial challenge, at every level.

The controls environment must be scalable to ensure the smooth evolution of future business and the management accounts and associated MI must be as insightful as they are accurate.

Success will come from having a genuine interest in helping to drive business growth and profitability whilst also ensuring that people are valued and allowed to work collaboratively towards a shared goal.
