To work as part of our customer service and cashier team to deliver outstanding customer service.
To serve customers as a priority, showing high standards of customer care at all times.
To sell and promote retail products in an efficient and friendly manner
To handle cash and use the EPoS till system, including handling of credit card, debit card and cheque payments.
Processing refund and exchanges.
To replenish stock and displays as directed.
To process customer orders accurately and efficiently, in accordance with store operating procedures
To answer customer enquiries and deal with complaints in line with company procedures
To keep all work areas clean & tidy
To adhere to all Company health & safety procedures. You have a responsibility to work safely at all times and to report any potential hazards, faults or problems to your Line Manager or the Store Duty Manager
To ensure your punctuality, attendance and personal appearance meet company standards.
To carry out other duties which naturally fall within the reasonable expectations of the post
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
**Salary**: £4.81-£9.50 per hour
