Are you a recent graduate with an interest in working in primary education? Do you have some experience of working with children/young people?

Here at New Formation Education, we're working with a number of primary schools across South London who are searching for new support staff to join their teams starting this September. We're currently working with primary schools that are looking for long-term, full-time classroom assistants, special needs support and those wanting to train as teachers in Croydon.

If you’re available for a minimum of one academic year, please read on
- Be Graduates with Degrees in Math's, English, Sciences, Psychology, Education, Drama and Performing Arts. However, we welcome applicants with degrees beyond this
- Have some experience working with children/young people in roles such youth work / mentoring / tutoring / childcare/ volunteering will all be considered. A willingness to learn is essential
- Be positive, friendly, confident, outgoing, and unflappable under pressure
- A genuine interest and enthusiasm for supporting the next generation of children
- Be available full-time (Monday-Friday 8.30am-4pm)

The starting rate for entry Teaching Assistants is £80 - £90 per day and will be expected to rise as you continue to gain more experience within a school environment.
