My client is a leading, highly acclaimed intellectual property firm. The firm dominates across numerous sectors such as biotechnology, electronics, engineering, and pharmaceuticals. With offices across the UK and Europe, the esteemed teams of IP professionalswork closely and collaboratively with prestigious international cliental with whom the firm has built close and lasting relationships.
Due to continued success, they are now seeking a Trade Mark Solicitor to join their elite team of IP experts within an Associate position.
You will manage and protect trademarks and designs after they have been registered, handling the violation of intellectual property rights by preparing and sending cease and desist letters.
Other important duties within the role include managing and maintaining client relationships, along with building your network of fellow Associate’s internationally. You will also provide some training to the firm’s employees.
The firm is seeking a Trade Mark Attorney, E&W Solicitor or Barrister for this role. Two to four years’ PQE is required, as is experience working in soft IP.
