This means that one minute you could be working on a MiniCapsule and the next, on a next-generation Tracheostomy device.

**The role**

The reason why this role has been created is down to one thing; growth.

You'll work closely with a team of other Project Managers, Project Engineers, Design Engineers, Validation Engineers & Quality Engineers so help is on hand should you need it.

This is a great role for someone who is looking to grow within their career, who enjoys being involved in the lifecycle of a project. You'll manage the project from concept through to delivery via design & development, clinical trial, regulatory approval& manufacture.

**Your experience**
- You'll have led projects previously within an engineering/manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Projects.
- You'll be a good business communicator - able to translate technical goals and issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- You'll enjoy being accountable and responsible in your roles - you are the go-to person for all Project Management queries.
- Your career will be in growth mode, in line with the needs of the role. You'll enjoy stretching yourself and learning new things, keen to take on more responsibility (while being rewarded for it) as the company continues to grow.
