**Job Title: B2B Content Project Coordinator**

**Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid)**

**Duration: 12 months contract initially**

**Background**:

- Client is looking for an organised and meticulous B2B Content Project Coordinator to join their growing content team, reporting into the B2B Content Strategy Manager.
- In this role, you will work closely with and support the Content Strategy Manager and Content Production Specialist to ensure the smooth workflow of all content projects for EMEA, across both Document Cloud and Creative Cloud.
- You will also be supporting the wider B2B marketing team by providing them with visibility of content project statuses and timelines, whilst managing the content repository to ensure all content is saved in the correct locations.
- The B2B Content Project Coordinator will be detail oriented, able to manage multiple projects at one time, and work proficiently under pressure.
- Ideally, you would also be willing to present your own ideas to improve content workflows.
- Their skillset will combine project management and administrative abilities with creativity and an eagerness to learn more about B2B content and strategy.

**Responsibilities**:
Primary

Content project management and administration
- Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year
- Project manage localisation of content for EMEA
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and schedule content to ideal delivery dates
- Administer Airtable content repository for all EMEA DME (Digital Media) material
- Collect and manage all content produced at EMEA and Regional level
- Coordinate content producers and ensure respect of deadlines and expectations
- Liaise with external content agencies to ensure projects are on track
- Maintain a version history log of all content pieces, saving all final content pieces in the repository and sharing with the appropriate teams

Web content management
- Work closely with the Demand Marketing team to ensure content on client is refreshed, relevant, and categorised correctly.
- Assist with the localisation of demand marketing kits.
- Ensure the Demand Marketing team is provided with content in a timely manner to avoid disruption to demand calendars and activation.

Secondary:
Industry research
- Conduct industry and competitor research and present to the Content team, showcasing new and fresh B2B content that is being created within the industry, and highlighting opportunities to further develop the content offering of the Content team.

B2B Newsletter
- Co-ordination of the monthly B2B newsletter, which is sent out 2,000 stakeholders across the client’s business.
- Proof-reading the newsletter and the accompanying blog each month prior to going live.

**Skills**:

- Excellent project management skills
- Experience with content management systems
- Good understanding of project management tools, including Airtable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Must be eager to learn, intelligent and inquisitive
- Adept at working within a fast-paced, client-facing, ever-changing environment
- Strong ability to collaborate in a highly matrix environment
- Confident working autonomously, with a proactive, detail orientated mindset
- Clear understanding of B2B marketing
- Familiarity with principles of marketing
- Fluent English (written & spoken) and good interpersonal skills - ability to speak French and/or German is ideal, but not mandatory
